I was born and raised in Michigan. After high school I attended Ferris State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Shortly after graduating I moved to Florida in 2005 where I instantly fell in love with the beach lifestyle and all its charm.
With over 20 years of hospitality sales as my background I believe kindness matters! Customer service and how you make people feel has always been my number one goal. My core values are loyalty, working hard and being honest. Being from the Midwest it is part of my DNA to work hard and hustle humbly in whatever I pursue. Getting my broker’s license has always been a dream of mine! Opening my own brokerage in 2023 was such a celebration for me as it was something I built from the ground up and a place where I can share my love of real estate and help educate my customers on one of the biggest purchases of their life. Margie was born and raised in New York. Her family moved to Puerto Rico while she was still in middle school. She graduated high school and started her family raising two beautiful children before bringing her family to Florida. Her family has now grown, and she received a promotion in her job title to include grandma with three grown grandchildren.
She lives in Flagler Beach and has been a licensed realtor for over 20 years. She has worked in new home construction, residential sales, commercial and everything in-between. She also has her notary commission and is a certified signing agent for title company closings. Margie is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. She looks forward to serving all of her customers and educating them on anything real estate.

I don't believe in coincidences, and how I met Abby Baker was meant to be. My daughter was going to open houses for me and use FaceTime to show me around to see the homes and meet the listing broker. I was in Wisconsin then and had not lined up with a broker. One of the open houses was Abby's listing. It's a lovely house, but not for me. Abby and I hit it off when we met on FaceTime. She was professional and had a great sense of humor. So I hired her, and lo and behold, I found the perfect home! Abby took care of everything. She handled all the paperwork negotiations, and I didn't have to attend the closing. When we finally met face to face, I knew how lucky I was to find her.
