We looked for two years to find the place of our dreams by the ocean. We viewed over 50 homes during a week long vacation with two different realtors who just showed us whatever was for sale and really didn’t take into consideration what we were actually looking for. After contacting Abby and Margie and explaining specifically what we were looking for in a beach property they showed us 3 listings and when we walked into the third one we knew we were home! They listened to us, did their homework and found exactly what we were searching for.  As we live in California we were not able to be at the closing for the property. Abby handled everything for us including being present for the locks to be changed upon ownership! We couldn’t have done it without the full support of Abby and Margie who made our Florida dream come true!
